Going to court can be a stressful, uncertain experience.  It should be a last resort option.  In this area of law, which is nothing like you might have seen on television, I endeavour to provide results - oriented services, avoiding as much as possible anything that will not move your matter forward towards as early and as cost-effective a resolution as possible.  If we have to go to trial, I will work hard for you.

Business Law

I have experience in business incorporations, business sales, purchases and financings, commercial leases and business agreements of all basic types.  I also practice in the area of business employment law, a branch of civil litigation, involving prosecuting and defending wrongful dismissal suits.
